Responsibilities
- Working closely with our engineering team to tackle a wide variety of technical challenges in building efficient and scalable applications.
- Participate in the design and development of all aspects of our system from user interface design, REST APIs, and performance optimizations.
- Complete code reviews and provide timely feedback to your peers. Promptly respond to feedback given to you during your own code reviews and take that feedback into consideration in future projects
- Identify performance and scalability bottlenecks and design solutions to improve our system’s ability to grow to service 10x the current customer base in a performant and cost-effective manner.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide off-hours support for critical issue resolution.
- Dive into customer issues when needed to provide an excellent customer experience
- Build innovative new features and make suggestions on the direction of the product and our processes
Qualifications
- Having strong grasp of object-oriented fundamentals, data structures, RESTful API design, & modern full stack architecture pattern
- Be a self-starter, who proactively seeks out new tasks, collaborates with senior team members, and searches for solutions to problems before asking for help
- Real-world production experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Preferred)
- Experience with systems that endure high load with grace, load testing, and performance optimization
- Knowledge and experience in debugging techniques, unit testing, and continuous deployment
- Bachelors in computer science or software engineering preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
Technical Skills
- Our tech stack is constantly evolving but currently you have to work with C++, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, NodeJS and React/AngularJS

- Actively look for ways to automate & simplify complex processes, take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented, and function well in a fast-paced environment

Work Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka (Work from Office & Work from Home)
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday (1PM – 10PM)
Salary: 130k+
